Thinking of returning an item?

Please include your order number with your e-mail.

 

We hope that you will love your Nushi order; however if you change your mind you can return any item within 30 days of receipt for a refund or replacement.

Please note that we are not able to accept any returns of personalised products unless the item is faulty.

Hygiene and our customers’ safety is very important to us, for this reason we are also unable to accept the return of face masks unless the item is faulty.

Gift vouchers cannot be returned.

Items must be in the original packaging or similar packaging, they must be unused and in new condition, and they must be despatched within 30 days of receipt. We reserve the right to reject items that do not follow this policy.

You will need to pay for return postage costs. Return items to Nushi, c/o Forbes Group, Glendower Road, Leominster, HR6 0RL.

Please note that refunds can only be issued to the purchaser/cardholder.

If a product is faulty, we will offer you customer support. Email our customer service team and we will talk you through the options. Please include your order number with your e-mail and describe the fault. Photos are helpful. 

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
