Shipping policy

Nushi ships to the United Kingdom, the European Union, and the United States. 

- Shipping is free to the UK mainland. Exclusions apply. 
- Shipping is £15 to EU countries. Exclusions apply.
- Shipping is £15 to US states. Exclusions apply.

We require a signature on delivery so we are unable to ship to a P.O. Box address.

The terms of trade between the UK and EU changed on January 1st, 2021.

Nushi offer a door to door DAP (Delivered at Place) service.

• EU VAT (based on the country of destination) is not included in our prices and is payable prior to delivery, plus a brokerage fee* and duty** (if applicable).
• Our carrier will collect these charges - a link will be sent requesting payment prior to delivery.
• The shipping charge displayed does not include these charges.
• Our carrier will handle the customs formalities and deliver your order directly to you.

*A brokerage fee is calculated and charged by the carrier 'per consignment' upon customs entry.
** Duty is applicable to items that originate from outside of the UK/EU.
